Vacation Rental Description

Our beautiful three level condo has easy walk in access (no stairs) 
from semi private parking area.

Master bedroom with king bed on upper level has a Jacuzzi and Sauna 
plus loft, private deck and cable TV.

Main floor entrance hall has a closet with bench and ski racks. Then 
walk into entrance hall leading to a bedroom with queen bed and full 
bath.

A modern kitchen with all required appliances and a bar 
style eating counter.

Dinning room seats 8.

Great room has fireplace with Cable TV plus DVD and Stereo and 
comfortable seating. Large windows and sliding doors lead to a very 
large wrap-around deck with BBQ.

Lower level has bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, laundry, second 
family room with TV and pellet stove plus open room.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Semi Private Tennis Court and Pool are alongside our building.

Being part of the Quechee Landowners Association we have access to 
the following. (charges do apply to some)

Lake with swimming, boating plus childrens play area.

Two of the finest golf cources in VT.

Club house with restaurant, indoor/outdoor pools plus workout center 
and steam rooms.

Private ski hill with quad lift, T-bar and rope tow. You can watch 
the kids from the lodge. A great place for young skiers. Ski school 
on site plus rental store.

Great cross country trails.

Activities and Attractions

Tennis, Golf, Skiing, Hiking, Horseback riding, canoeing, fishing 
are all within a short walk or drive away.

Nearby towns; Woodstock, VT: Lebanon, NH: White River Junction, VT: 
Hanover, NH:

Nearby mountains: Okemo, Killington are about 30/45 min drive. 
Sugarbush and Jay are about 1.5 hours.

Weekly:  $1250.00 to $1500.00
Monthly: $2200.00 to $2750.00
Ski Season 2007: $10000.00 (December thru March 08) Plus utilities.
