fountain/fishpond/deck/BBQ. Satellite TV/DVD/VCR; piano; 
washer/dryer. Just blocks from downtown Point Pleasant Beach with 
many restaurants, shops, antique stores, etc. and NJ Transit train 
station. Deep sea fishing and golf nearby. Free fireworks and 
concerts on the beach in summertime.

Vacation Rental Rates

Memorial Day through Labor Day:
$1950 per week + $100 cleaning fee; discounts for longer rental 
periods. Security deposit: $500.
