We decorated this condo in a tasteful and modern style with upgraded furnishings and artwork instead of the "standard" Florida Rental Home furnishings and wall art. As soon as you arrive you will feel at home and find yourself in a comfortable and tasteful environment that offers relaxing views of Wildlife preserve from the Lanai and views of the lake from the cul-de-sac. The lake offers wonderful enjoyment of the local bird population (especially in the evenings) and is perfect for birdwatching. 

Riverwood Golf & Country Club strives to be unique among Southwest Florida communities and it succeeds on several counts. First, the Gene Bates-designed golf course is rated by Golf Digest with an impressive four-and-1/2 stars, and second, its Golf Learning Center provides ample opportunity and resources to learn while you play. The huge practice range is supported by superb PGA Professional staff members. 

Riverwood also offers a member Beach Club. Private parking for 28 vehicles and 5,500-sq.-ft., cabana-style, wooden structure housing showers, restrooms, commercial ice machine, chilled drinking water fountain, baby-changing facility, office area and storage. 
The huge covered deck, complete with towering palm tree feature, has built-in seating, ceiling fans and plenty of space for dancing and entertaining. Charcoal grills are also provided, along with picnic tables. 

An elevated wooden walkway leads directly to the beach, with sand chairs and loungers being provided by the attendant. Access is controlled through membership card operated gates, with coded entry systems protecting the internal facilities. Our tenants will have access to the Riverwood Beach Club with key card access. 

Tired of golfing or swimming or tennis? You are within a short drive of Charlotte Harbor and Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda; Shopping is away only minutes at Port Charlotte Town Center with surrounding stores and shops; take a short drive to enjoy the Marinas in Sarasota and Naples or venture out to explore Coconut Pointe Mall (opened in 2007 and has expanded since) located on US 41 between Corkscrew Road and Coconut Road in Estero, Florida: best shopping and dining only a short drive away.

Our condo is fully furnished in a tasteful decor to offer the comforts of home - and more. From the coffee maker to the flat panel TV, full size washer and dryer, dishes and linens, towels and beach towels; all is in place for your enjoyment. Two Specialized bicycles are stored in the one car garage to enjoy the cycling friendly community. Please remember to bring your own biking helmets. 

 
Visit the Grand Vista pool and hot tub reserved for Grand Vista residents and guests. Or
take laps in the junior Olympic size pool at the Riverwood Club / Activity Center. (Couples-Bates Golf Design). The course earned 4 1/2 stars in the
Golf Digest Places to Play (2002).
