opens to outdoor screened heated pool. Saftey features for kids,
arrangements available and a welcome for pets and garage available
for bikers. Playroom has all the fun with billards,foos ball, darts
music, ping pong and fireplace, plus room for the kids to play.

The house has 3 bedrooms,king, 2 queens and a FUTON couch in the
playroom. everything you need is in the house, The pool can be heated,
the master bath has whirlpool tub,the playroom is well supplied with
games for all ages. Always available are the little things you forgot, WE HAVE EVERYTHING YOU NEED THAT YOU MAY OF FORGOTTEN. WE WANT YOU TO HAVE FUN!!

On the property swimming,billards,foos ball, darts, tv with
satellite.Down the road is the lake for boating,  
With in half a hour is the ocean and 20 minutes the other way is the national forest for hiking or canoeing. Down the highway 45 to 60 minutes all the major
amusement parks. SUCH  super great location for visiting the area or just doing nothing but sunning yourself at your own pool and play in your own playroom.No sharing with others
