This lovely home is nestled in the woods on 100 feet of rocky Green  
Bay shoreline. Built 23 years ago as a retirement home - this 1300  
square foot cottage is continually updated and improved. It is  
located 11 miles north of Sturgeon Bay and 6 miles south of Egg  
Harbor - minutes from area attractions, shopping and activities.  
Enjoy beautiful views of Green Bay from a large deck, enclosed porch  
or living/dining room - while surrounded by mature northern forest.  
This pleasant cottage is located just off Bay Shore Drive which has  
a bicycle lane on each side of the road. Also, Monument Point Lane  
connects to an old logging trail and is a great place to walk with  
or without your dog! Murphy Park dock and sandy beach are all within  
2.5 miles. Well-behaved pets are allowed at an extra charge.  
Availability - spring, summer and fall.

Door County is a wonderful place to visit - there are many art  
galleries, state parks, golf courses, sandy beaches (one within 2.5  
miles of this cottage), unique shops, museums, restaurants, bicycle  
trails (this cottage is located just off Bay Shore Drive which now  
has bicycle lanes), - and of course, the waters of Green Bay and  
Lake Michigan for water sports and fishing (there is a boat launch  
within 6 miles of this cottage). Spend a great vacation on this  
beautiful peninsula!

Vacation Rental Rates

2009 - Up to 4 guests - available April through October. 
Special rate for monthly rentals! 
$2,200.00 for September of 2008.  
$2,200.00 for April or May of 2009.  
$2,500.00 for June of 2009. 
$2,700.00 for July or August of 2009. 
$2,200.00 for September or October of 2009. 
Or rent it for the whole season - call for rates. 
There is no sales tax for any rental of at least 30 days. 
Spring is wildflowers and fall is color!! 
 
7 nights - $900.00 plus sales tax for up to 4 persons 
2 or 3 night stays may be available 
Maximum occupancy is 6. There is an additional fee of $25.00 per  
night for each guest over 4. 
Well-behaved pets are $10.00 per day per pet.
