There is NEWAir Conditioning and Ceiling Fans in all rooms so that you can choose to use the Air Conditioning or open the large windows if you like the ocean breeze instead. A NEW Washer/Dryer & Dishwasher to make your life at the beach easy. All NEW Bedrooms have full size beds (Linens not supplied) we have a Dining Room area. We have an Eat-in Kitchen too with a NEW NEW NEW full size Refrigerator, Kitchen Table & Chairs (besides the dining room area),  Stove, Microwave, Toaster Oven, Coffeemaker, Blender, Crockpot, Electric steamer, all the kitchen essentials you can think of plus Dishes, Pots & Pans, Silverware, Cups, & Glasses. Outside ELECTRIC BBQ grills so you don't have to worry or lug propane & charcoals. Full Modern Bathroom inside and hot & cold Outside Shower too. Just like a Timeshare without the membership fees.
