Sunlakes Golf Course Condo Banning Ca in Palm Springs

This country club is a 55 plus community. It consist of about 3000 homes. Just a few are
condos. One person must be 55 years of age or older. Children under the age of 18 are
limited to the number of days they can reside in the community. Sunlakes is 25 minutes
from Palm Springs, 20 minutes from Redlands and 10 minutes from Cabazon, which is an
upscale, very large, outlet mall--the nicest one in California. Banning's altitude is 2500
feet,
which makes it cooler both in the summer and the winter. In the summer Palm Springs can
be
20 degrees, or more, hotter than Banning. Go to the weather channel website to check on
average temperature and rainfall for Banning and Palm Springs. This is a no smoking unit. No
animals,please.

RECOMMENDATION

My family and I rented the Condo, 450 La Costa, on the Sun Lakes for two months and we
all enjoyed our stay immensely. The Condo is great and has all the facilities of home. The
Condo is totally kitted out with everything that you could require and with all the other
amenities, it allow you to relax and enjoy your vacation. The Country Club itself is flawless
with 2 golf courses, gyms, tennis courts, tons of entertainmentand and some of the
nicest and friendliest people we had the pleasure of meeting. The surrounding area
abounds in natural beauty and plenty of interesting and exciting venues for you to seek
out and explore. With an outdoor pool just outside your patio gate you could not want for
more. Communications with the owners was the simplest thing and all our needs and
request of information were answered promptly and accurately and in a very friendly
manner that made everything easy from the first inquiry to the final goodby. This is one

This is a very active adult community. The recreation department has many activities
planned. There are many social clubs. There are short travel excursions in which one can
participate . Summer concert series in Redlands. All of the activies of Palm Springs.
Shopping--Gambling at the large Indian casino 10 minutes from Sunlakes. Big Bear Lake
and
Lake Arrowhead, in the mountains, are a 45 minute drive. The wine country of Tumecula is a
45 minute drive.
