Right next door to rarely used community pool and spa that will be just
like its your own, without the gas bill to heat! Three bedrooms with
their own private baths in three separate wings of the home. A
powder room is off the living room. Spacious eat-in kitchen and
formal dining room in this well laid out 2450 square foot ranch.
Master bedroom has king size bed with queens in both guest rooms.
All rooms equipped with televisions and lots of closets and
cabinets. Freshly painted with new tile and carpet. As well as
newly furnished living, dining, and master bedrooms.
New large NG stainless grill and seating for eight on the patio.
Lockable, private side yard may be used as a dog run.

vacation rental rates
May through October $1,500 per week and $4,000 per month
November through April $2,000 per week and $6,500 per month
Deposit: $500. All damages and/or missing items are the
responsibility of the leasee.(we never have had a problem). Deposit
will be refunded within 30 days of departure. 50% of the rental fee is due upon
acceptance of the agreement. The balance is due 30 days prior to the rental date.
Personal checks are accepted.
Cancellations:
No penalty for cancellation more than 30 days of rental start
date. 50% refund within 30 days of
rental start date. No refund within 14 days of rental start date.
Please, no smoking inside property.
