Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful ocean front first floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. It also 
includes a queen size sofa sleeper enabling six people to sleep 
comfortably. It is located on tropical Anastasia Island at St. 
Augustine Beach. Wake up to the sounds and sights of the ocean. This 
condo is as close as it gets to the sandy beach.  
St. Augustine Ocean and Racquet Resort is located 60 minutes from 
Jacksonville Airport and 90 minutes from Disney World in Orlando 
Florida.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Totally furnished with all necessities, including 3 TV's with cable, 
phone, DVD/VCR player, washer/dryer, linens, and kitchen appliances 
including microwave. This resort is managed by an on-site office. 
Ameneties include a 24-hour security guard, olympic size swimming 
pool, smaller heated pool, 5 jacuzzis, 4 tennis courts, racquet ball 
courts, outdoor grills, etc.

Activities and Attractions

Historical downtown St. Augustine offers many museums and points of 
interest. Ripley's Museum, Castillo De San Marcos, Potter Wax Museum, 
Alligator Farm, Fountain of Youth, Lightner Museum, St. Augustine 
Light House Museum, and the St. Sebastian Winery are just a few of 
the many attractions that can be experienced in the oldest city in 
the U.S.A. You can also enjoy many other attractions related to this 
historical experience. 
Restaurants are numerous and range from fast foods to fine dining.  
Golf lovers will enjoy the Golf Village and the numerous public 
courses. Shopping is plentiful with a huge outleter's mall nearby.
