Vacation Rental Description

Wake up with the sound of the ocean in the luxury of our large 1400  
square foot 3 bedroom direct ocean front condo.  This condo is on  
the first floor and is located in the Crescent Dunes resort.  The  
resort is located in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach. 
 
Our condo is a direct oceanfront corner unit on the first floor.   
Our unit was renovated in December 2005.  The unit offers a brand  
new fully equipped kitchen with new refrigerator with ice maker,  
over the counter microwave, new full size oven, new quiet  
dishwasher, ceramic tile floors and stone countertops.   There is a  
separate dining areas with seating for 6 people and a wet bar for  
your enjoyment.   The living room has all new Lazy Boy furniture  
including a queen size sofa sleeper.  Lazy boy makes their sleepers  
without that annoying bar across the middle of your back!   The  
living room also has Cable TV and a DVD/VCR player as well.   The  
living room opens up to the ocean front patio where you can relax  
and listen to the sound of the ocean! 
 
The master bedroom has a new King size Stearns and Foster bed (the  
best beds made!), full closet, private bath, TV and DVD player.  The  
master bedroom has a fantastic view of the ocean and opens up to an  
outdoor ocean front balcony.  You can enjoy a cup of coffee in the  
morning and watch the sunrise over the ocean! 
 
The second bedroom has a new queen size pillow top mattress and has  
its own private balcony.  This bedroom shares a bathroom with the  
3rd bedroom.  The shared bathroom has a full size double vanity in  
one room and a separate full size bath and shower in another room.    
The third bedroom has two twin beds and dressers and a large shared  
bathroom. 
 
The condo also has a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room so  
you don’t have to pack your entire wardrobe.  The kitchen is a fully  
stocked kitchen with all the amenities you will need for your stay.   
You can cook as much or as little as you want. 
 
There is an oceanfront pool with a large sundeck with lounge chairs  
and a grilling area if you want to cook outdoors.  The covered  
parking lot is directly under the building but does not allow Boat,  
RV’s or trailers.  There is No Smoking and No Pets allowed in our  
condo. 
 
We rent from Saturday to Saturday from March to September and  
Monthly/Daily rates are available during the remaining part of the  
year. 
 
Both bathrooms have been upgraded this year with cherry hardwood  
custom cabinets and granite countertops. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

We are just minutes from Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach,  
Restaurant Row, Grand Prix Amusement Park, the Bass Pro Shop, Tanger  
Outlet mall, golf courses.   Also close by are attractions such as  
the NASCAR speed park, Dixie Stampede, Alabama theatre, Hard Rock  
Café, House of Blues, Carolina Oprey 

Vacation Rental Rates

A 50% down payment is required to reserve a Saturday to Saturday week 
rental.  This deposit will be applied to the total rental fee.  An  
additional $200 refundable security deposit is also required.   
 
Daily rates available Sept 1 - Mar 1 - Weekly rate/6 +$125 cleaning  
fee 
 
Cancellation Fees - 90 days or more from check-in date - 100%  
refund, 30-90 days - only credit to future stays, less than 30 days - 
no refund. 
 
 
The following rental fees include all linens and cleaning.  Sales  
Tax is additional. 
 
Check-out time is 10am and check-in time is 4pm.  Email at least 2  
weeks ahead to request changes to your arrival.
