Vacation Rental Description

The Beachcomber is right on the beach and our apartment is on the  
third floor facing the bay side of the island.  There is a fully  
equipped kitchen with lots of appliances and gadgets.  Kingsize bed   
and a full size sofa bed will accomodate 4 people.  There is a  
dining/living room that leads to the balcony that has lounge  
chairs and a table. In 2005 completely renovated apartment with new  
flooring, kitchen cabinets and new bathroom.  All new furniture  
except for bedroom. We have several TV's a DVD, VCR, Stereo and a  
high speed internet connection

Vacation Rental Amenities

You may find nirvana here.  Relax and Play, both are easy at the  
Beachcomber.  The Pool is on the beach just steps from a community  
room with lounge and small library. There are tables and chairs  
outside of the lounge by the pool for all guests use. There is an  
economical coin laundry by the lounge.  Two elevators connect the  
apartment to the lobby and on site managers office.  The managers  
live on the property and will help make your stay memorable.

Activities and Attractions

Our home is at about the mid point of the island and is very  
convenient. Just across the street is a small park and a shopping  
center that has some small boutique shops, a Publix supermarket and  
large drug store. Also in this area there a several churches,  
restaurants and the Post Office.  There are over 50 golf courses  
within Sarasota-Bradenton area.  There is a ten mile biking and  
walking trail on the island which is just steps away from the front  
door.  And then there is the beach!!  Over ten miles of white sand  
beach with tufts of sea oats along the way.  Some of the best  
shelling in the world, dolphins playing in the surf, and magnificent  
sunsets. It is a bit of heaven here on earth

Rates are for the 2008-2009 season and subject to change without  
notice.   
·	Rates are based upon one/week minimum rental, Saturday to  
Saturday. Call if you have other arrival/departure dates and longer  
period  
·	Check-in after 12:00 Noon  
·	Check out by 10:00 AM 
·	Rates are based on an occupancy of 2-persons 4 maximum 
·	Extra $10 per day on each person over 2 
·	Florida State Tax of 11% on all stays of less than six months 
·	Cleaning after departure $75 
Resident Managers will have keys and handle check-in.  Guests are  
responsible for laundry and housekeeping during their stay.   
 
Deposit required $200 per week for reservation. Full refund only if  
canceled with 60 days notice prior to reservation period.
