You enter into a large and sunny open concept living area with large windows, fireplace, dining area and kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances - sleek and efficient.

The St Henri has 2 bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a queen size bed. Both bedrooms face the back - making them very quiet. Le St Henri is on a quiet street, but a block further is a railway track. The bedrooms in the back of the building are very quiet.

Superb bathroom with a bathtub with shower.

Then you go upstairs to a very large mezzanine loft area. It has a huge flatscreen television and video games. There is also a futon, great to accommodate 2 people. The mezzanine also has a study area.

Skylights and patio doors to the deck make the loft area a very bright space. Plus a walkway extends to a second (closed) terrace area.

There is also a powder room on the mezzanine.

From the loft, one steps out onto a deck with patio furniture and a view onto downtown Montreal.
