dishes,small appliances,and linens. We've tried to think of all
the conveniences.
The living area has 20" floor tiles (as does the Kit.),hideabed sofa,
two comfortable chairs,a glass topped tables,and flat screen HD TV
wall mounted. The furniture is new, solid wood and beautiful.
The adjacent dining area holds an attractive round table to
accomodate all our guests.
We have provided and new washer and dryer for your convenience,near
the kitchen area.

August 16 - December 15 - $850 ($2,800 Monthly rate)

Dec 15- New Year 2011 --- $1000 per week

Jan  2012 1200 per week

Feb - Mar 2012 $1500 per week

April 2012 $1200 per week

May 2012- $990 per week.  ($3200 for full month)

June - Aug 15 2011- $1000 per Week

Based on 2 week stay

Fall rates -- based on a one month minimum. 

Discounts for stays of 4 weeks or longer
Rate is for Four Adults. Additional $70 per week for each additional guest per week. Children under
5 are free of Charge.
$300.00 deposit required (REFUNDABLE if no damage or excessive cleaning).
12% tourist tax in addition to above rates.
Also a $100 cleaning fee per visit
