This totally remodeled condo offers a spectacular view of the
Gulf of Mexico and you will be equally impressed gazing over the
Boca Ciega Bay on the inland side.
The Master Bedroom and living area open to a sprawling 10x30 ft.
balcony overlooking the Gulf. See our beautiful sunsets at days end.
The master offers queen sized sligh bed and tall oversized bureau.
The dressing area and walk in tiled modern shower are very, very
nice-soft pleasing colors & roomy. There's a adjustable height shower
head and handy burnished silver towel racks and hooks.
The other bathroom is also a walk in shower and new tiled walls and
floors and custom wood cabinets that reflect modern decor and good
taste.
The kitchen is a dream: all new stainless appliances,undermount sink
with thick granite countertops. Custom cabinetry and modernistic
canned lighting. You'll have plentiful supply of new cookware,
dishes,small appliances,and linens. We've tried to think of all
the conveniences.
The living area has 20" floor tiles (as does the Kit.),hideabed sofa,
two comfortable chairs,a glass topped tables,and flat screen HD TV
wall mounted. The furniture is new, solid wood and beautiful.
The adjacent dining area holds an attractive round table to
accomodate all our guests.
We have provided and new washer and dryer for your convenience,near
the kitchen area.
Oh yes, the heating and AC are also new. No worries, you're well
taken care of.

Tampa,St.Petersburg,Orlando,Fl areas.
There are professional sports events,and seasonal festivals
associated with local communities.
Chartered fishing boats,para sailing,helicopter rides are daily
activities. Evenings you may enjoy attending The Ruth Eckerd Hall
in Clearwater or the Tampa Conventions center for Broadway plays

Based on 2 week stay
Fall rates -- based on a one month minimum.
Discounts for stays of 4 weeks or longer
Rate is for Four Adults. Additional $70 per week for each additional guest per week. Children under
5 are free of Charge.
$300.00 deposit required (REFUNDABLE if no damage or excessive cleaning).
12% tourist tax in addition to above rates.
Also a $100 cleaning fee per visit
