furnished two bedroom home with office/computer room has lots to 
offer.  An open kitchen, dining room and living room combine to 
provide plenty of room to relax and view the lush pool area 
landscaped with palm trees and flowering desert plants. A shaded 
patio with plenty of outdoor furniture is a wonderful setting for 
morning coffee while watching the many hummingbirds. Although only a 
short drive from the freeways(#101, #17 and #51)this home is within 
easy walking distance to a large public park-great for jogging, dog 
walking and wildlife viewing. The centralized location within North 
Phoenix is a convenient homebase for shopping, spring training 
facilities and, of course, the 200+ golf courses in the "Valley of 
the Sun".
