Flanked off the Condo's entry are two spacious bedrooms. One is equipped with a queen size bed. The other bedroom is supplied with a full/twin bunk beds and niced sized desk. Both bedrooms share a spacious hall shower/tub bath. Just past the entry is the open floor planned dining area, kitchen and lakefront living room with fireplace. Angled off the Living Room area is the master suite. The master suite is equipped with a king size waterbed and a very expansive private master bath. Can't beat the view off the lakeside balcony porch. This unit overlooks the pool, so it is perfect for watching the kids swim and still enjoy the comforts of sitting in the shaded balcony porch and watch the passing
boats on the water. The porch is accessible through slider doors off the Living Room as well as the Master Bedroom. There is dining for 6 and includes a gas grill, perfect for grilling your favorite outdoor meals. This unit also comes
with acess to a private covered boat slip (12 X 32). Guests can rent this slip for $10 per day.

This 1,567 sq. ft. vacation rental is available year around. The desirable features include central heating and air conditioning, cable TV, DVD, phone, ceiling fans, all bedding, dish towels, and an iron. The expansive kitchen
is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, microwave, range, ice maker and refrigerator. Other inclusions are regular trash service, open parking, and access to the laundry area off the kitchen. Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basis
appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only and not that of adult usage. We are also pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starterpacket of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for starter packet items,
your own beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

This beautiful property is just 25-30 minutes away from all the Action on the busy side of the Lake –Bagnall Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach – via the community bridge. Once you are here plan to take in any number of the Lake's attractions including state parks, theme parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts, theatres, bowling, music, etc.
