Our condo is located on the THIRD floor and is oceanfront, located next to Bryn Mawr Resort. It offers a spectacular sunrise and great views from both the master bedroom and living area.

It is 250 steps from our unit over the boardwalk to the beach.
It has all the amenities of home, wall to wall ceramic tile floors, 24 hour beach access, 3 pools to choose from and a Jacuzzi.

(There is not an elevator on this property)

Historic St. Augustine is only 15 minutes away

Daytona Speedway and Jacksonville are within 45
minutes.

-Cars are permitted on the beach.

Take a day to visit historic St Augustine and enjoy its unique shops
and many restaurants, Flagler College, Ghost Tours, horse drawn
carriage rides, Potter’s Wax Museum or The Lighthouse and Museum.
You can tour Ponce de Leon’s Fountain of Youth or the famous
Alligator Farm!
