has undergone a major face-lift in 2007, the upstairs now sports a new
42" HD TV with DVR as well as HD Cable and DVD. (You can now record
your favorite sports events while hiking with the kids.) You'll also
enjoy unlimited local and long-distance telephone service and Wi-Fi.
We're located just a stone's throw from the Deer Canyon Trailhead and
a mere 30-minute walk to the Bear Mountain Ski Slopes, as well as
access to many other trails. Hike, stroll, long walk or short, this
mountain paradise invites you to relax and discover the natural
beauty of our California forests.

Bear Mountain Resort, the Moonridge Zoo, and Golf Course are all about a mile away; add a couple miles to the lake and maybe another to the Village. At the bottom of Moonridge you'll discover two supermarkets on Big Bear Blvd. and a number of interesting places to eat.

Imagine the privacy you'll enjoy having the National Forest for a back
yard. A Bar-B-Que on the spacious back deck, surrounded by tall pines

2009 Spring, Summer & Fall Rates:
Weekdays: $125 (S-Th), weekends: $150 per nt., 2-night minimum*
Weekly rate: $800 (includes one night free!)

2009 Winter Rates (Nov. 13 - Feb. 26, 2010):
Regular weekdays/weekend days: $190 per nt., 3-night minimum*
Weekly rate: $1,140 (includes one night free!)

There is a $50.00 Open/Close charge, which is nonrefundable after 24 hours prior to arrival.

Reservation Procedures: Rates are based on occupancy of up to 8 people. Additional persons will be $20.00 per night per person.  A deposit of the first night rental, plus the $50 Open/Close fee and a refundable $250 cleaning/security deposit is required at time of booking. Balance of payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. The cleaning/security fee will be returned within 15 days of departure if premises are left in a clean condition and there are no damages.

The cancellation period for refund (less the 1st night deposit) applies up to 14 days prior to the booked arrival date.
