Beautifully decorated and fully furnished cottage less than 1 block
from the Berrien Street beach in Union Pier Michigan.

Fully equipped kitchen. Microwave, blender, toaster, etc.

All bed linens and bath towels provided. First bedroom has a queen
bed, the second bedroom has two full beds. Both bedrooms have TV's.

Gas Fireplace, central air conditioning, vaulted ceilings with
5 skylights, washer/dryer, dishwasher, stainless steel Jenn-Aire
range, granite countertops. TV/VCR/DVD with many family movies,
puzzles, board games, children's books. CD stereo, High speed internet, Gas grill, beach chairs/umbrellas.

Sorry, dogs are not allowed at The Weiler Cottage.


2-3 minute walk to the beach.

in the area. People come here to lay on the beach, go antiquing, eat
at the restaurants, u-pick the Michigan fruits and vegetables, golf,
bike etc.

Upcoming Rates:

Now - May 2012 - 2 nights $450.00, additional nights are $200.00 

June 2012 2 nights - $500.00, additional nights are $200.00

Summer 2012 (July and August through Labor Day) weekly rate, $1600.00.

    Weekends - $600.00

    3 nights - $850.00

    4 nights - $1050.00, additional nights $200.00

Summer weekly rentals are Sunday to Sunday. Some less than weekly rentals will be available for summer 2012. We can accomodate based on availability. A $75 cleaning fee applies for rentals of less than a week in July and August.

September 2012 2 nights - $500.00, additional nights are $200.00

October 2012 - May 2013 - 2 nights $450.00, additional nights are $200.00

Wonderful families memories were created at our stay at the Weiler Cottage in Union Pier, Michigan. Afternoons at the beach, long walks, sitting back and enjoying morning coffee and a good book on the front porch, watching a sunset over Lake Michigan--all contributed to making this a relaxing vacation. We spent a day at Michigan City Outlet Mall, a drive up to Saugatuck, a dune buggy ride and a visit to Sawyer Nursery Center. Also enjoyed several local restaurants. Two teenage kids want to go back next year. Would highly recommend a stay at Weiler Cottage.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, romantic getaway

My husband and I and another couple stayed at the Weiler Cottage the weekend of Labor Day. Weiler Cottage was very comfortable, well equipped, very clean and an easy walk to the beach. There are many activities around Union Pier. The owner was easy to work with. We would recommend it to anyone who wants to vacation in MI without driving too far from Chicago.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, sight seeing

Summer in Union Pier

Adorable cottage with so many amenities - washer, dryer, microwave, tv/vcr & cable... my kids loved all of the cd's and old vcr tapes... a collection that was sooo hard to choose an evening movie each night! Perfect distance to walk to the beach anytime... we went several times in the evening & took night time strolls from one beach access to another. We brought bikes & went on bike rides all the way to new buffalo beach & back. Had a wonderful time - thanks Weilers!!
