Vacation Rental Description

A beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bath, direct ocean front 
condo on the Atlantic Ocean in Florida's beautiful Ponce Inlet. 
Ponce Inlet is located south of Daytona Beach close enough to enjoy 
it's nightlife yet far enough away for the peace quite and luxury 
you are looking for. A no-drive beach area with private 
access to the beach from the pool. This condo is truly a home 
away from home giving you all the rest and relaxing you need. The 
kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances, with 
a breakfast bar. A large dining room with a table that seats 
ten. The living room is equipped with wall to wall mirrors, a queen 
size sleeper sofa, a fully equipped entertainment unit (TV, Cable, 
Stereo, DVD and CD player), and two very comfortable reclining 
chairs for relaxing and comfort. The master suite has a king size 
bed, TV, large bathroom with two sinks, roman tub,  separate shower, 
and a large walk-in closet. 
The second bedroom has a king size and twin bed, with connecting  
bath and shower. Full size washer and dryer are located in the unit. 
The condo complex offers a sauna and fitness room, library, large 
clubhouse with full bar and full kitchen, outdoor heated pool and 
secure underground parking. 
No smoking and no pets. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Heated pool, cable, library, sauna and fitness room. Underground 
parking, in unit washer and dryer, beach chairs, TVs and CD/DVD 
player. The condo has it own tennis courts. On site managers. 

Activities and Attractions

Boating Deep Sea Fishing, Surfing, Movies, Golfing, Minature Golf 
and Go-Carts are all nearby. Close to all resturants and shopping, 
malls and approximately one and a half hour drive to all the theme 
parks in Orlando. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan thru Sept                $2600/mo.
Florida winter special Oct thru Dec 1900/mo. 
Long term negotiable.
One time cleaning fee of $85.
Deposit of $500 required with reservation. 
Florida Tax 12.5%.
