Vacation Rental Description

This custom home was built in 2004. It has ocean and Ninigret pond  
views as well as a small pond on the property for wildlife viewing.   
Each morning you can enjoy your morning coffee on two screened  
porches. One on the 3rd floor is 12x20 with views of Block Island.  
The other on the 2nd floor  12x40 with seating for 12 people. 
The rental house consists of the second and third floors of  
the home.  The second floor has one bath with a washer and dryer,  
two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed the other with 2 twins.  A  
large iving room with a gas firplace for those cool evenings, tv- 
dvd.  A dinning area with seating for 10 people, off the fully  
supplied kitchen with a breakfast bar. The third floor consists of  
another living room area that has a pull-out couch, tv-dvd,  table  
and wet bar area with a frig., microwave, and a central music system  
for your enjoyment. The bedroom has a queen size bed, bath with a  
shower and whirlpool tub. The 3rd floor also has a open deck for  
sunning during the day or viewng stars at night. Central vac and an  
outside shower finish off this perfect vacation rental that is less  
then one mile from the beach.  THE FIRST FLOOR HAS AN APARTMENT THAT  
WE USE FOR LONG WEEKENDS.  We have separate parking and entrance for  
your privacy and want you to enjoy the house.  This is our fifth  
summer renting.  Local custom is that guests provide their own linens  
and towels. Blankets, pillows and all household items necessary for a  
comfortable stay are provided.  Smoking is permitted in the screen  
porch and outdoors only. 
And no pets, please.

Activities and Attractions

Charlestown beach is less then one mile from the house, it is an  
enjoyable walk to the ocean,with icecream on the way.  Boat and  
Kayak  
rentals, free boat launch area, and windsurfing are all on Ninigret  
Pond. There are 17 public golf courses within 20 miles, 20 minutes  
to  
the casinos. Block Island Ferry is just 10 minutes away. Ninigret  
Park has several miles of asphalt surface that is a favorite for  
bicyclists and roller-bladers. Fishing, Miniature golf, Newport  
Mansions, Watch Hill, Wineries.

Vacation Rental Rates

May 31 - June 21  $1,700.00 per week 
June 21-28 - $2,200. per week 
June 28 - July 5  $2,400. per week 
July 5 - August 16  $2,600. per week 
August 16- 30  $2,400. per week 
August 30 - Sept.27 $1,800. per week 
A beach pass is provided for Charlestown Beach and  
Blue Shutters @ East Beach 
$300.00 Security deposit 
$90.00 Cleaning fee if you request 
WEEKLY RENTALS ARE FROM CHECK IN AT 1PM AND CHECK OUT AT 10AM ON SAT.
