This  unit sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably(1 queen, 2 twins,new 
Pergo floors throughout. Great for a weekend get-away or for a 
seasonal vacation. Don't worry about bringing anything but your 
boat, Jet Ski and bathing suits because the house is well equipped 
with everything you will need. The master bedroom overlooks a the 
Bay and a water nature preserve. This unit has covered parking for 4 
cars or even a boat! Walk to one of the two pools in the community 
and get some sun. Catch a sunset on the bay from the observation 
deck or dock your boat in the marina and head out fishing. Sorry, no 
pets or smoking inside allowed.  Not from Florida? Don’t worry, it’s 
just under an hour away from Miami and Miami International Airport 
and 1 1/2 hours from Ft. Lauderdale airport. Come and escape from 
the stress of work or your daily routine!

Approximately 20 miles South of Everglades & Biscayne National

$500 refundable security deposit based on damage inspection
$100 non refundable exit cleaning
Processing: $50.00 non-refundable impact fee must be paid upon       
arrival to the on site Landings of Largo manager in order to receive 
a parking permit and approval.
