Newly constructed 3 bedroom home in Eastham

Built in 2006, this 2-story, 3 bedroom home has all the amenities in
a very private setting within a 3-minute walk to the beach. Free
public acess to Campground Beach is only one of the many advantages
of renting this house for your vacation getaway. The Cape Cod
National Seashore and the Cape Cod bike trail, offering beaches and
hiking trails, is a short drive or bike ride away. The bike trail
provides the opportunity for biking, roller blading and hiking.
Provincetown is a 30-minute or so drive away, as is Hyannis. Our
house, with over 3,000 sq. ft., sites on a secluded half-acre lot.
To maximimize the feel of Cape Cod, the house has several decks plus
a screened in porch and outdoor shower. The second floor has a wet
bar and limited water view, with access to the observation deck.
This is the perfect place to watch the sunset over Cape Cod Bay.
The first floor includes a large kitchen with dual fuel 5 burner
stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, plus a separate dining area.
The great room provides a comfortable family sitting area with
TV/DVD, games and puzzles. One bedroom with double bed and full bath
is also located on the main floor. Upstairs includes the master
bedroom suite with four poster queen size bed, a two person, 6-foot
bubble jet soaking tub and two person shower. It also has a sitting
area and a second TV/DVD. The upstairs also includes a second family
room with a wet bar, a 3rd bedroom containing 2 twin beds, and a
full bath. Bedding is included, but not towels. Security deposit
required.

Provincetown are approx. 30 minutes away. Great restaurants are
located in Orleans, Provincetown, Hyannis and elsewhere.
