Quiet little beachouse on a very quiet street. Nice front porch to enjoy the sunrise or to have a
cool summer drink in the afternoon. There are two Seperate bedrooms,a full bath and kitchen,and a
wonderfull private outdoor shower. The entire yard is fenced great for kids and pets. You are with
in a 1/10 or a mile from two restaurants. Also you are with in a 1/10 of a mile from a beach ramp
that you can drive on and marina were you can rent kayaks and rent slips for a boat. Alittle further
away about 5 miles is Marineland were you can swim with the dolphins. To your north about 10 miles
is historic downtown St.Augustine and all of its fine shops and restaurants.You are also a day trip
away from Daytona(45min) theme parks in Orlando(1hrand45min) and the SpaceCoast(2hrs). For the
golfer in the family there are 8 to 10 courses with in a 20 to 30 min drive.
