Our coachhome is directly across from the pool and BBQ grills and only a minutes walk to Spring Run's Clubhouse, golf course, pool and tennis courts.

There is also a larger pool at the clubhouse. Our home is located within a 15-20 minute drive to Naples, Fort Myers, and the new Southwest International Airport.
Lover's Key is just 15 minutes away as well as Barefoot Beach, Bonita Beach and Little Hickory Island. 

Our home offers vaulted cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans in all rooms.

The master bedroom has a walk in closet as well as a king size bed.

The guest bedroom has a large closet as well as a king size bed.

The den has a sofa that converts into a full size bed.  A large television as well as a desk for your computer.

We are a wireless home.

The galley style kitchen is well equipped with every appliance and all equipment needed to prepare a wonderful gourmet meal. There are two windows in the kitchen that let in outdoor light throughout the day. The kitchen also has a table that seats four.

 A full size washer and dryer are located in the hallway closet near the second bedroom.

The large Great Room has vaulted ceilings and very comfortable furniture connecting to a 22 x 10 foot tiled lanai which over looks the lake on the nineth hole of Spring Run's golf course.

 The lanai has a table and four chairs along with a chaise, chair and end table.

The lanai overlooks a beautiful lake home to many types of birds and fish. You can fish in the lake.

Spring Run is one of four communities within the Brooks, an award winning master planned community. It is built around an 18 hole, Gordon Lewis designed golf course with five sets of tees for all skill levels.It also has an aquatic driving range, chipping and putting green, golf pro shop, tennis, neighborhood as well as clubhouse pool, exercise facilities, bike and walking paths, clubhouse with lounge and restaurant.

• Golf Information:  For a transfer fee of aproximatley $238 you can be a transfer member  for the length of your stay. The membership entitles you to play unlimited golf while you are at Spring Run.  You will pay for cart fees only.

If you like to shop, then you must visit Miromar Outlets, located about 10 minutes from the Brooks. Coconut Point Mall as well as Gulf Coast Mall are very close for your shopping convienance. Naples is also very close for shopping.

Sanibel and Captiva islands also have wonderful shops as well as the finest beaches.Bonita Springs has many excellent restaurants and lounges within
minutes of The Brooks. The excellent night life and culture of
neighboring Naples is only a short drive away.
