Vacation Rental Description

Southview Villa is a two storey house and has the added luxury of a 
beautiful south-facing waterfront aspect. It lies in a QUIET SECLUDED 
ENCLAVE of private executive homes surrounded by woods and lakes.   
Time and effort has been spent giving our home the attention to 
detail and we have created a quality environment for all our guests.  
We ensure our home remains immaculate and is exquisitely furnished 
and comprehensibly equipped. The open-plan aspect to the downstairs 
living area allows you to enjoy the light and airy  environment of 
the southerly aspect and cathedral like ceiling. The great room has 
three sumptuous, three seater leather couches.  A home entertainments 
system which includes a LCD HDTV with digital channels is provided for 
your enjoyment plus a DVD/CD player all with Home Cinema Theatre sound.  
The lake and pool can be viewed from here. Our pool now has "Colour Splash" 
lighting transforming our pool at night into a colour-rich paradise.
If privacy is of paramount importance the fence on both sides of the pool-deck 
ensures this without compromising the lake view or wildlife beyond.

Southview has two sumptuous master bedrooms, one with an en-suite.  
Both have huge KING-SIZE beds and their own TV's. The downstairs 
master suite with its mixture of rich colours of gold and chocolate 
brown bedding enhance the room, creating a heavenly sanctuary. The en-
suite with its oval-shaped bath tub provides a tranquil place to 
relax and soak away aching limbs after a hectic day at the parks.  
The vibrant claret double bedroom with its abundance of soft 
furnishings can be found upstairs next to the family bathroom,it too 
provides another heavenly sanctuary with spectacular views over the 
lake, pool and spa.  

The other three bedrooms, one of which is downstairs, all have twin 
beds and their own wall mounted flat screen TV/DVD's. One of these 
twin bedrooms has a Disney theme which will enthrall all who see it!

We have two dining areas, one is an elegant formal dining area, with 
an exquisite glass dining table which is adorned with china,linen and 
glassware allowing guests an opportunity to enjoy a formal dining 
environment.  The other is an informal area where you can enjoy your 
morning breakfast whilst looking out over the pool and lake.

On entering the house you'll find our magnificent GAMES ROOM, with 
its full-size slate bed pool table, foosball table, TV, PS2, DVD/VCR 
combi.  It has two leather sofas so can be used as an additional 
sitting room and is decorated with an eclectic mix of pool room 
memorabilia and all things USA.

Activities and Attractions

Lake Berkley is a most sought after destination.  Its location is 
just south of the 192.  The tranquilty of Lake Berkley belies the 
fact that it is only a mile away from the shops, restaurants and 
amenities of the 192. It is a gated community and has the advantage 
of being manned 24/7.

Within our community you will find two clubhouses, one serves beer, 
wine, cocktails and soft drinks.  It also provides seasonal entertainment.
Each has their own community pool, one charges a small fee.  There are also
2 playgrounds, a tennis court, basketball court and volley ball area for
those who are more sports minded.  For those who enjoy fishing you will 
find three well-stocked fishing lakes and a fishing pier. There is also 
a nature trail which you can stroll or jog along. In second clubhouse you will 
find a spa, gym/fitness room, cyber cafe  with two PCs and printers, 
pool tables and arcade machines. There is also a small seating area where 
you can relax and make drinks.

Low  Season from   $1050 per week / £650 Per Week
Mid  Season from   $1155 per week / £725 Per Week
High Season from   $1295 per week / £775 Per Week
Peak Season from   $1435 per week / £850 Per Week

Pool Heating   $175 / £100 Per Week

US rates subject to Florida Tax @ 13%.  UK rates include tax.
