A warm welcome awaits our guests at Tinks Towers vacation home,
perfectly located just 12 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee,
Florida in a quiet community called Somerset.

Sink into one of our beautifully furnished living areas, take a
plunge into the crystal waters of our private pool with Jacuzzi,
sleep like royalty in our four poster master bedroom or energise
your batteries in our games room with its pool table and foosball –
whatever you are looking for, you are sure to have found it in our
beautiful home.

Foyer / Living Room / Dining Room - Tinks Towers vacation home has a
spacious and open-plan family room with ceiling fan, over-stuffed
sofa and love-seats, plus occasional and coffee tables with lamps, a
large screen cable TV and DVD player.

Family Room / Pool - The spacious family room opens out to the pool
deck that surrounds the sparkling clear pool and raised, bubbling
spa pool that cascades in to the main pool. The pool is a great
place to have fun together after a day of excitement at the theme
parks. The deck and its comfortable loungers are the perfect place
for a sun-drenched afternoon in the Florida sunshine. Sit on the sun-
loungers on this fabulous sun-spot and soak in the rays, or take a
cooling soak in the water. The pool is provided with a removable
safety fence for extra added protection for young infants should you
need it, and all doors leading on to the deck area have been
provided with an alarm.

Games Room in the Garage - why not have a fun and exciting family
sports night in the games room. The garage has been converted to a
fun-room complete with a 7-foot pool table, foosball table, air
hockey game and electronic darts board for your enjoyment.

Sleeping accommodation at Tinks Towers includes:

Bedroom 1 - master suite features a sleep-soft, king-size four
poster bed, chase lunge, love seat, cable TV, nightstands with
lamps, clock/radio/alarm and telephone, dresser, plus closet space,
and a private master bathroom with mirrored his ‘n’ hers vanity
basins, walk-in shower, roman-style tub, a large walk-in closet, and
toilet.

Bedroom 2 - master suite also enjoys a king-size bed, nightstand
with lamp, dresser with cable TV, walk-in closet space, plus an en-
suite bathroom with mirrored vanity, toilet, and bath/shower.

Bedroom 3 – spacious twin bed room, nightstand with lamp, dresser
with cable TV, closet space, plus a shared family bathroom with
vanity, bath/shower and toilet.

Bedroom 4 – another spacious bedroom which enjoys 2 twin beds,
nightstand with lamp, dresser with cable TV, closet space, plus a
shared family bathroom with vanity, bath/shower and toilet. A
special treat, this subtlety themed room has Tinkerbell on the
window dressings and Peter Pan pictures on the wall.

Bedroom 5 (ground floor) - master bedroom provides a Queen-size bed,
with nightstand, dresser with cable TV, and en suite bathroom. A
room for the golfers with subtle pictures of golf through the ages.

Kitchen / Nook - The bright and airy kitchen/diner has been equipped
with almost everything that you could need for a quick and tasty
snack, or that specially prepared romantic dinner. Choose to eat in
the informal dining area or the shaded lanai with table and chairs
for al-fresco dining.

Loft – spacious sectional sofa living area, with ceiling fan, plus
occasional and coffee tables with lamps, a large screen cable TV and DVD player.

There is a fully equipped laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing facilities.

Tinks Towers can be found in Somerset, on the Remington Golf
Community, less than 30 minutes from Walt Disney World, SeaWorld,
Wet & Wild and Universal Studios "Islands of Adventure" and "Ride
the Movies".

Just 3 minutes from the entrance, guests will find the famous
highway 192 – with its shopping malls and eateries. Many of the best
known restaurants are located on the “192” including Outback Steak
Houses, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Chillis, Giordano’s Chicago
Pizza, Ponderosa, restaurant, Carabba’s Italian, Cracker Barrel,
Chinese, Subway and Taco Bell takeaways, as well as shops,
supermarkets, outlet malls, gift stores, attractions, and much more.

The Osceola Parkway road whisks guests to Disney and the theme parks
and the turnpike just minutes away leads to the space coast and to
Orlando’s Universal Studios.

Just 2 minutes drive from the front of Somerset is the Remington
Golf Clubhouse and pro shop. At Remington Golf Club, all pricing
includes the "All U Can" practice, play and eat. The one rate
includes unlimited use of the unique aqua driving range and
expansive practice areas, unlimited golf on the outstanding 18-hole
championship layout, and all-you-can eat in the Remington Bar and
Grill.

The community offers basketball and volleyball courts for the guests
enjoyment, together with soccer and baseball fields, a fitness
center and a community pool. Of course, a round of golf at Remington
(a "Disney Design Award" course) is always available for reasonable
green fees.

Near the excitement and nightlife of Orlando, Somerset guests can
also enjoy fishing, boating, and picnicking just three miles away at
Lake Tohopekaliga (Lake Toho).

This community is for families who want to experience the richness

Ranging from $900-$1200 depending on the time of year.   Minimum stay 7 nights.  Additional charge for pool heating (if required, seasonal).  Easter and Christmas are at a higher premium.
