Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful new log home was completed in the Spring of 2006 and  
has just been added to the market. It is located in the gated  
community of White Diamond Estates, which backs up to the Great  
Smoky Mountains National Park.The home sits high among the trees at  
an elevation of almost 3500 ft.Perfect for a romantic get-a-way or a  
family vacation!  

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home has 3 bedrooms(1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and a futon)and 3  
1/2  
bathrooms.  
The kitchen has everything you could ask for including granite  
countertops and all new appliances. The wrap around porch, perfect  
for viewing the leaves in Fall, is furnished with a white cedar  
swing and rockers, picnic table, hot tub, and a charcoal grill.  
Inside enjoy the gas fireplace. There is additional space upstairs  
in the oversized loft. Downstairs in the basement you will find a  
pool table, card table, and a full bathroom.Satellite service has  
been installed for the 3 TVs. There are also 2 VCRs and 1 DVD  
player.  

Activities and Attractions

Located just minutes from both downtown Waynesville and Maggie  
Valley.Whitewater rafting, tubing, hiking, biking, golf, gem mining,  
water skiing, hunting, fishing, antiquing and horseback riding are  
some of the local activities available.In the winter it's just a 15  
mintue drive to Cataloochee Ranch which offers snow skiing,  
sledding, and snow tubing.A short drive will take you to a variety  
of destinations including, downtown Asheville, The Biltmore Estate,  
The Great Smoky Mountain National Forest, Cherokee Indian  
reservation and casino, and the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway.
