My condo is located on the beach in Corpus Christi. Walk directly onto
the sand, no roads to cross. My condo is considered Beach Front Deluxe
Plus.
Why plus? Well it's got a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, 27" TV
with DVD player in family room, 21" TV in bedroom. Large (52") ceiling
fans throughout, sliding glass shower doors, extractor fan in the
bathroom, and many extras that you do not find in other "deluxe" units.
The USS Lexington (Blue Ghost) and the Texas State Aquarium are on the
same beach as my condo.

The condo complex includes 2 pools with kiddie pools and two hot tubs.
Fresh water showers so you can rinse off sand and salt water as you
leave the beach.
Corpus feels small because mostly everywhere can be reached in under
20 minutes by car, but Corpus has a big heart.

Try windsurfing, kiteboarding, people watching, jet skiing, and every
thing else that is readily available in the greater Corpus Christi area.
Visit the Lex, Texas State Aquarium, Convention Center, Hooks
Ballpark, Dog track, and many other fun places from my wonderfully
located condo that's about 15 minutes from the airport.
