Vacation Rental Description

Big sale on rental rates! April and  May  ( excluding Spring Break and Memorial Day week) only $400/week!. Nice 
time to 
vacation. Check our calendar for availability.

Located  just two miles from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall in the 
Miramar Beach area and six miles from downtown Destin.

The beautiful sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast beaches await 
you less than a block away. Our condominium is a second story unit 
with a balcony. The pool is never crowded since this is a small 16 
unit complex. A BBQ grill  and lounge chairs are available 
poolside.  Unit is recently redecorated with new  full size sleeper 
sofa to accomodate overnight guests. The condo has one very large 
bedroom with a kingsize bed ,triple dresser, and two nightstands.The 
great room is furnished with two sofas, one of which is a full size 
sleeper sofa. Both bedroom and living area have color TV's with 
VCR's. The one in the living area is 27" and also includes a DVD 
player.  Basic  cable provided. Phones in both rooms and answering machine,radio, stereo 
are also included.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Everything is furnished! This is our second home and even beach 
towels, fishing rods, crab nets, boogie boards and beach chairs are 
available to our guests. Kitchen has new range, new refrigerator with 
icemaker and  new dishwasher. Also included are: toaster , microwave, 
blender, coffeemaker, dishes, flatware, glasses, stemware,pots, pans 
and lots of utensils. Iron and ironing board as well as washer and 
dryer also provided. For the long term renter, brooms, vacuum 
cleaner, and cleaning supplies are available. Linens and towels are 
also included. 

Activities and Attractions

Beach access across the street where the sun rises and sets over the 
Gulf of Mexico! Dolphins, many birds and other wildlife can be 
spotted nearby.  Deep sea fishing as well as fresh water fishing 
available. Numerous golf courses within a 5 mile radius. Boating , 
sailing, jet skis, scuba diving, snorkeling, para sailing all nearby.
Huge selection of restaurants including many well known chains
in addition to local favorites. Pool, BBQ grill, and lounge chairs furnished. 
One of the largest outlet malls in the nation is two miles away. 
The newly built Destin Commons with a Bass Pro Shop and many other
stores, theaters and restaurants is less than 5 miles. You'll never run 
out of things to do!

Vacation Rental Rates

 Summer ( Memorial Day through Labor Day) $550/wk or $1500/month *

 Spring, Fall & Winter (Labor Day through Memorial Day) *$400/wk or 
$1200/month* ......see sale rates 
    ### "Snowbird Special" November 1 through March 31  
*$750/month*

**Weekly rentals are preferred on a Saturday to Saturday basis.
*rates do not include 11% Fl tax or cleaning fee of $65 (one time)

Per night rate during Spring, Fall & Winter $75/night + $65 cleaning fee

* small pets considered with owner's permission ($25 nightly and 
$150/weekly)

Until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice.
$200 refundable damage deposit with reservation and balance due in 
two payments
 60 days and 14 days prior to arrival.
(**Please note on calendar that a day appearing occupied may only 
mean that someone is arriving or departing that day!) Calendar is 
updated daily.
