Located just two miles from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall in the
Miramar Beach area and six miles from downtown Destin.
The beautiful sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast beaches await
you less than a block away. Our condominium is a second story unit
with a balcony. The pool is never crowded since this is a small 16
unit complex. A BBQ grill and lounge chairs are available
poolside. Unit is recently redecorated with new full size sleeper
sofa to accomodate overnight guests. The condo has one very large
bedroom with a kingsize bed (with pillow top mattress ),triple dresser, and two nightstands.The great room is furnished with two sofas, one of which is a full size sleeper sofa. Both bedroom and living area have color TV's with
VCR's. The one in the living area is 27" and also includes a DVD
player. Basic cable provided. Phones with local service in both rooms. Answering machine, radio, and stereo are also included.

Everything is furnished! This is our second home and even beach
towels, fishing rods, crab nets, boogie boards and beach chairs are
available to our guests. Kitchen has  range,  refrigerator with
icemaker and  dishwasher. Also included are: toaster , microwave,
blender, coffeemaker, dishes, flatware, glasses, stemware, pots, pans
and lots of utensils. Iron and ironing board as well as washer and
dryer also provided. For the long term renter, brooms, vacuum
cleaner, and cleaning supplies are available. Linens and towels are
also included. Pool, BBQ grill, and lounge chairs furnished. Books ,magazines, movies and games available for the occasional 'indoor day'.

Within 50 miles of three airports. VPS (Eglin/ Ft. Walton Bch/Valparaiso) is less than 20 miles. PFN ( Panama City) is 50 miles as is PNS ( Pensacola).

Beach access across the street where the sun rises and sets over the
Gulf of Mexico!Gorgeous emerald green water with silky white sand just yards away. Dolphins, sandcrabs,sea turtles, many birds and other wildlife can be
spotted nearby. Deep sea fishing as well as fresh water fishing
available. Numerous golf courses within a 5 mile radius. Boating ,
sailing, jet skis, kayaks, scuba diving, snorkeling, parasailing all nearby.
Huge selection of restaurants including many well known chains
in addition to local favorites. Water park, go karts, other amusements just a few miles away.
One of the largest outlet malls in the nation is two miles away.
The Destin Commons with a Bass Pro Shop, Harborwalk, Baytowne Wharf and many other
stores, theaters and restaurants are within minutes. You'll never
run out of things to do!
