House comfortably handles 6-10 people.

Fully renovated and furnished 3 bedroom home. Equipped with central
air, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, dishwasher, fridge,
microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kitchen ware and utensils.

2 full bathrooms. Towels are provided.

2 queen size beds and 1 full, each fitted with Brand New Luxury
Visco-Memory Foam Mattresses. All bedrooms contain cable TV,
bedspreads, pillows, and sheets.

Living room can easily accommodate 4 people on 2 provided full size
pull-out sofas.

Spacious porch to provide a relaxing environment for enjoying the
sunset and barbecue on our complimentary grill!

Less than a mile from the town beach and a short drive to
Scarborough State Beach. Town of Narragansett offers a great
waterfront community, with shops, fishing, restaurants, and much
more...

Weekly:
June = $1400/week
July-August = $1600/week or $5900/month (July 4th week = $1800)
September = $1300/week (Labor day week = $1400)

Also available off season, week/weekend.
Winter Rental = $1600/month

Security Deposit $750 (refundable)
Security Deposit for Pets $200.00 (refundable)

Housekeeping Fee $150
