House is fully and beautifully furnished with cable/dvd/vcr etc.
Bedrooms have all linens and blankets: Kitchen has all plates,
utensils, cookware and other essentials, and all appliances -
refrig,dw, w/d, mw, disp, and elec stove/oven. Guest bathroom
contains jacuzzi tub. All rooms have central air/heat and ceiling
fans. Tile floors in all rooms except newly carpeted bedrooms.
Lanai features complete patio set with barbeque. Enclosed attached
two car garage with workspace. House has two zone central air and
heat.
