Pinebrook Cabin-Mariposa, Ca in Yosemite

Reservations for 2013season opens 20Feb13.  2013 Season starts March 16 and ends Dec 10.

With the comforts of home, this fully equipped, cozy cabin is
situated in the Sierra National Forest, and in Mariposa- just West
of the wonderous, Yosemite National Park. This cabin
sits back on a 1/2 acre parcel loaded with Pine trees, Redwoods,
Dogwoods, mossy rocks, and has a seasonal creek; you get nature
views from every window. With open forest land and meadows, trails
to explore at the rear and near this property, soothing sights and
sounds of nature, and nearby areas to fish and ride
quads/ATV's...our guests may not need to venture further than this
area and property.  Enjoy your morning coffee or dinner on the 10'x20' rear deck.  Inside the 1987-built cabin, there are beautiful, rustic wood
floors, wood molding, skylites with wood wall surrounds
(living/master bedroom),  plush carpeting in the
bedrooms. Furnishings in the cabin are comfortable and decorative.
Also, a garage with washer & Dryer are for guests' use and
convenience. One of the property's comfort features during the
summer is its 4000 foot elevation and cooler climate.

Yet another great weekend visit to the cabin! I can't think of a better way to spend Thanksgiving than the the Pinebrook Cabin! We brought the ATV-Quads this time and the guys had a great time finding new trails. We spent a day in Yosemite which is always a treat, but of course the best part is always just being at the cabin, relaxing and enjoying the deer and the Bluejays. The view is always nice. We had 3 generations here this weekend, and there was something for everyone.

We had a great time! Your cabin has a wonderful layout. Love the creek in front, and meadow in the back. We spotted deer, wild turkey, Stellar Jays, Woodpeckers,and squirrels. We went to Yosemite twice on YARTS bus which was very convenient!
Mariposa Museum was fantastic. The kids rode their bikes happily in the neighborhood. Hope to come back soon!

Thanks for the use of your cabin. We enjoyed our stay very much! Everything we needed was right here. We also hiked up the hill to check-out the old Oak tree and the Indian Grinding holes. Very Cool! We spent a day in Yosemite and a day in Mariposa. The Pizza Factory there makes a "Mean" Pizza! Hope to come up again!

Nelson and family, Oakley, Ca -This place was great!  The convenience was a big plus in making our mini vacation truly relaxing.  As we rode our ATV's, the trails were absolutely awesome!  Our quad riding time was a true highlight to our stay.  It was wonderful to have trails for all abilities.  The kids had a blast on the quick/easy trails, and the parents enjoyed the challenges like the ride to the Merced River, and Jerseydale, WOW!  We look forward to coming back!

The Hahns, Hartford, Wisconsin-We really enjoyed our stay in your cabin!  We took daily walks and hikes around the area.  We also enjoyed viewing the old Oak Tree, and ancient grinding holes in the surface granite that the American Indians created up the hill behind the house.  Thank You!

Richard-Oakland, Ca & Josh-London, England- I have no shame in saying that I've now stayed in this cabin 5 times over the past few summers! Nuff sed. From the very first time my father and I came to stay it has felt like a second home. We always arrive to find the cabin in very clean and well-maintained condition, and it is kitted out with spacious and beautifully furnished rooms able to comfortably accommodate groups large and small. The surrounding woods and fields were a beautiful setting to relax in (marked by occasional visits from local deer and wild turkeys!), especially in the evenings after returning from our wanderings in Yosemite National Park and other fascinating places in the area. The owners are also lovely and a special thanks to them for their thorough help in trying to find my camera after the last time we stayed. My times here will remain some of the fondest of my memories in California, and I couldn't recommend a better or more beautiful place.
