Vacation Rental Description

Located on a private west shore beach in Interlaken, New York known 
as the "Heart of the Finger Lakes" is a cozy 1930’s cape cod just off 
the Cayuga Wine Trail and the Cayuga Lake Scenic Byway. 

From the screened porch capture an open view of the lake and morning 
sunrise. Great for swimming, fishing, canoeing, kayaking and outdoor 
grilling. Large dock for sunbathing.
 
Easy drive-up-to-door access and parking.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully equipped kitchen with new kitchen appliances, living and dining
area featuring gas stove fireplace and TV/DVD.
Full bath with shower.
Down bedroom features one full size bed. Upper deck features one full
size bed and four single beds. 

Charcoal grill and row boat on site.

Activities and Attractions

Public Boat Launch, Wineries, Bistros, Restaurants, C-store, just 
five minutes away. 

Just 10 miles north of Taughannock Falls State Park, 15 miles from
Ithaca, Cornell University and Ithaca College.

Just a hop, skip and jump over the hill to Seneca Lake and Watkins
Glen.

Weekend Rentals Available for May, September & October

$500.00 deposit to secure date. 

Special rates may apply for graduation weekends, alumni weekends and
holidays. Please request more information for special rates. 

NO SMOKING or pets. 
Check-in: Saturday after 3 p.m.
Check-out: Saturday before 10 a.m.
