game room and heated pool.

A full stocked and inviting kithchen that includes all new major
appliances, granite countertops, new maple cabinets, deep double
stainless steel sink, coffee maker, toster, blender, portable hand
mixer, electric can opener, ice maker.

Beautifully furnished and decorated dining and living room includes:
dining room table that seats 6, brand new sofa bed (queen) love
seat, 27 inch cable TV, DVD/VCR player and stereo.

A separate sitting area just off the living room offers a new sofa
sleeper (queen) and a chair. You'll enjoy relaxing in this cozy
corner.

Large Master bedroom includes: Queen bed, 20" cable TV, large

All rates are subject to a $85 cleaning fee as well a 12% sales tax.
a deposit of $300 is required to confirm a reservation, with the
balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by cash,
check, or credit card.
The reservation deposit is refundable less a $85 fee for any
cancellation received at least 60 days before arrival. No refunds
will be givenfor cancellation or interruption due to inclement
weather.
