Vacation Rental Description

plan. The location is ideal, it is less than a 2 minute walk to the  
Gulf, were you will find a lovely beach with a quaint sea side  
grill. The beach has restrooms and umbrella and chair rentals for  
your convenience.  Our condo is also located within walking distance  
to historic Corey Ave. with its many shops,  as well as a variety of  
restaurant to fit any tastes! This fully furnished condo is a corner  
unit located on the ground floor just steps from the newly renovated  
pool area. This 1200 square foot condo sleeps 6 and features all new  
funiture in the living area, new kitchen and bathrooms along with  
many upgrades.  You'll enjoy new ceramic tile floors throughout this  
non-smoking condo.  Complex amenitities include community laundry,  
game room and heated pool.

A full stocked and inviting kithchen that includes all new major  
appliances, granite countertops, new maple cabinets, deep double  
stainless steel sink, coffee maker, toster, blender, portable hand  
mixer, electric can opener, ice maker. 
 
Beautifully furnished and decorated dining and living room includes:  
dining room table that seats 6, brand new sofa bed (queen) love  
seat, 27 inch cable TV, DVD/VCR player and stereo.   
 
A separate sitting area just off the living room offers a new sofa  
sleeper (queen) and a chair.  You'll enjoy relaxing in this cozy  
corner. 
 
Large Master bedroom includes: Queen bed, 20" cable TV, large  
amoire, nightstand, bedside table and alarm clock. The master  
bedroom also offers a master bath with a walkin shower. 
 
Large Second bedroom includes: Queen bed large dresser with mirror,  
chest, nightstand, alarm clock as well as a large walking closet to  
store everything. 
 
Both full baths feature granite countertops, ceramic tiles, new  
fixtures and blow dryers.  
 
Other amenities include grill (on pool deck), 2 inch wood blinds,  
heated pool, washer and dryer in community laundry room, game room,  
vacuum, ironing board/iron, free local calls. 
The Suncoast Trolley will take you from St. Pete to San Key daily  
with unlimited stops for $3.00 or $1.50 each way.

The Beach is a 2 minute walk. Many water activities are available  
for example boating, sailing, parasailing, fishing, jet skis to name  
a few.

Vacation Rental Rates

December through April: $1000.00 Per Week 
May through November: $500.00 Per Week 
HOLIDAY WEEKS PLEASE INQUIRE. 
Rates in US funds 
All rates are subject to a $75 cleaning fee as well a 12% sales tax. 
a deposit of $300 is required to confirm a reservation, with the  
balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Payments may be made by cash,  
check, or credit card.  
The reservation deposit is refundable less a $85 fee for any  
cansillation received at least 60 days before arrival.  No refunds  
will be givenfor cancellation or interruption due to inclement  
weather.
