Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy the charming home on Lake Corpus Christi.  The home includes 
approximately 150 foot of lake front.  A pier provides access to 
fishing and boating.  Several large trees provide shelter outdoors 
as well as covered patios on both floors.  The view of the lake is  
outstanding. 

The bottom floor is comprised of one very large room.  The kitchen, 
enclosed by a serving bar, lounge chairs, TV, a pantry and a bath 
room. Two bedrooms, bathroom and den are located on the 2nd floor. 

The second floor contains two bed rooms, a bath room, and a large 
room containing a TV, couchs and chairs, a fire place, and a spiral 
stair case connecting both levels.  A combined 5 tons of A/C insures 
a comfortable environment.

Covered verandas wrap around the front and one side of the house.  
Stairs provides access to the secong floor from both sides of the 
house.

A garage provides access directly to the second floor.  An outside 
storeroom is beside the house.  Electrical connections for RVs is 
locaged on the outside wall of the storeroom.

Activities and Attractions

The lake is excellent for boating, fishing, skiing, and swiming.  
The closest cities are Mathis and Orange Grove, each 
approximately 15 mile.  Map Quest will locate the home fairly 
accurately. There are both 110 and 220 electrical  connections 
available.  The ground is slopping downward to the lake slightly.  
There is room for a motor home or travel trailer next to the house.  
The lot goes down to the water.  There is no place to put a boat 
into the water, however, there is a ramp at a marina very close to 
the house,launching costs $3, no charge to exit.  There is a pier on 
the property that extends beyond the retainer wall about 30 feet 
into the lake.   

Also, Lake Corpus Christi is located near Mathis TX, approximately 
40 miles north of Corpus.  It takes approximately 45 minutes to 
reach down town Corpus Christi and about an hour to reach 
the Gulf of Mexico on Padre Island.  

Vacation Rental Rates

$150 per night during the week-minimun 2 nights

$200 per night weekend (Friday and Saturday)-minimun 2 nights

$1,150 per week 

$3,000 per month (In Season)-June, July, August

$1,500 per month (Off Season)-Sept thru May
               
Special Off Season Rates:  If you plan to stay 3 months or more , call for spedial rates.

The Renter must be at least 25 years of age.

Security Deposit:  $300

All rent must be paid in full prior to start of stay

Cancellation Policy

Your rental amount and security deposit is fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to your 
reservation date.  Cancellation from 29 to 7 days prior to your stay will resulst in a loss of your security 
deposit.  Cancellation after 7 days prior to reservation date will result in a loss of your seccurity deposit and 
10% of your rental fees.
