Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful condo is a taste of luxury steps away from downtown. 
The unit has one bedroom with Queen size bed, a living room with 
fireplace and view of University street. The kitchen is fully 
equipped with all appliances, pots and pans, spices, and basic 
ingredients. The unit offers a workspace with computer, printer, 
fax, and high speed internet. Just off the bedroom there is a 
private terrace which overlooks the interior courtyard.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This beautiful Victorian style downtown condo is located on the 
corner of Prince-Arthur and University street. Prince Arthur is a 
Montreal favourite for sidewalk cafés and bring your own wine 
restaurants. The unit is located across the street from McGill 
University and within a 5 minute walk east to Saint-Laurent (the 
Main) for chic dining and clubbing. The downtown shopping malls, 
Chinatown, Old Montreal, Festival sites, and Mount-Royal mountain 
are all within a 10 minute walk from the condo. The unit rental 
includes a private outdoor parking space.

Activities and Attractions

The unit is located within walking distance of all the 
festivals (Winter Festival ,High Lights 
Festival ,Grand Prix F1 (June 5-8,2008)
festivities, International Fireworks Competition , Jazz Festival,Just for Laughs ,Rogers Cup 
Tennis ,International Film Festival are within walking distance of 
condo.

The drive from Trudeau international airport is 25 minutes.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily: $165 (minimum stay of 3 days)
Weekly: $925 - $1100cdn 
Monthly:$2500 cdn - $2800cdn
Grand Prix F1: $285/night (min 4 nights) - $1600/week

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on 
arrival + a $200 refundable security/damage deposit. A credit card 
imprint is required for the security deposit. 
If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there are no refunds unless 
unit is re-rented. If you cancel more than 7 days prior, all 
payments less 5% (administration fee) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Paypal, Money order, Cashiers 
cheque, cash, travelers cheques.
PAYPAL (we do not accept credit card directly but payments can be 
done via Paypal from clients credit cards if they so wish to do so 
as we are set up to accept payments this way with Paypal). 
***A cleaning fee of $50 is applicable to rentals of 7 nights and less
