Gulf Front Quaint, Intimate One Bedroom (Island Shores)

This direct Gulf front condo is located in Indian Rocks Beach, one 
of the loveliest beaches in Florida, centrally located--only 25 
minutes from Tampa and 90 minutes from Orlando.

Accommodations:
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, sleeps 4.  Spacious balcony overlooking Gulf 
of Mexico with table, chairs and grill.


Our Island Shores home is a newly rennovated, remodeled and 
redecorated one bedroom beach home located in Indian Rocks Beach in 
an intimate complex of only 5 other homes. 

Our Island Shores home is a wonderful, light and bright one bedroom, 
one bath beach home that sleeps 4.  The bedroom has a queen bed and 
the living area offers a queen sleeper sofa.

This second floor home has a spacious balcony off the living area 
offering beautiful beach views complete with table, chairs and grill 
for your cooking and dining pleasure.  You will enjoy your morning 
coffee and watch the beach come to life, and in the evening you will 
love our spectacular sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico.  These same 
great views are yours from your relaxing living and dining area.  

Tables and chairs are also available for your enjoyment on the 
beachfront patio, and from there you take just a few steps to the 
white sandy beach.

Indian Rocks Beach is a beautiful and charming beach community with 
quaint little shops and great local restaurants.  It offers upscale 
dining as well as local mom and pop restaurants. It is close to all 
activities and culture.  For the activity minded, there is 
parasailing, miniature golf, golf, shopping, shelling, jet skiing 
scuba diving, deepsea fishing, boating, dinner and gambling cruises 
and much more within minutes.  There are also terrific museums and 
theaters.  Or, just long peaceful walks on the beach with the white 
sand between your toes and sunbathing or reading a favorite book in 
a beach chair, and, of course, enjoying spectacular sunsets.

This home is family owned, which means we can offer flexibility with 
your schedule.  We want you to feel at home and not be able to wait 
for our next vacation with us.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Free wireless internet, Cable TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo/CD player.  Full 
kitchen with dishes, cookware, utensils, microwave, dishwasher, 
refrigerator, range, toaster oven, coffeemaker.  Ceiling 
fans. All linens are provided.  Washer and dryer are in the home.  
Folding beach chairs in the home for beachside relaxing.  No 
Smoking.  Sorry, no pets.

Activities and Attractions

Biking, golf, miniature golf, fishing, shopping, restaurants, 
cinemas, museums, sightseeing, swimming, snorkeling, diving, 
boating, sailing, water-skiing, surfing, windurfing, parasailing, 
jet-skiing, shelling, dinner and gambling cruises.  Busch Gardens 
and Adventure Island are less than an hour away.  Walt Disney World, 
Sea World and Universal Studios are less than two hours drive.
