This is a beautiful, new three bedroom, two bathroom home
located in a great area of Marco Island.It is a five
minute walk to one of the largest crescent beaches in the world.
Access is through the public walkway next to the Marriott directly across
the street. It is a very spacious home with an open floor plan and
vaulted ceilings. The master bedroom
consists of a king size bed that overlooks the heated, south-facing
pool, and a master bathroom that will promise to impress, with his
and her sinks and coutertops as well as a large soaking tub. The
other bedroom consists of a queen size bed with a connecting
bathroom. The third bedroom is perfect for kids (or adults!), with a
trundle bed that sleeps two. The study also sleeps two on a pull-out
couch with a queen size mattress. There is also plenty of closet
space!! The kitchen is large and fully equiped, with a connecting
breakfast nook. There is also a lovely formal dining area. This home
is our pride and joy and we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!! No
smoking and pets are negotiable. No cats.
