Large, clean, and lovely! 980 square feet of comfortable space. This condo is located on floors 2 and 3 of a 3 level townhouse. Artfully decorated, with an open expansive living room, dining area, and kitchen with 1/2 bath on the main floor. The kitchen is well equipped with everything that you will need; there are stainless steel appliances and granite countertops.

The two bedrooms (one w/ queen bed, one w/ double) have bamboo floors and ceiling fans. There is a full bath upstairs. Sunlight bursts through an array of windows on each floor.

You will enjoy our wrap around exclusive use deck which is raised 10 feet off the ground giving way to a tree house feel and inspiring views. Parking is right in front.  We are 1 mile from Herring Cove Beach and a short walk to the center of town.

Our surrounding grounds are peaceful and the gardens are lovely. Come relax, rest, and enjoy the ambience of Provincetown.

Amenities include our deck with large round teak table and seating for 4, BBQ-grill, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker and coffee grinder, linens are included, (please bring your own beach towels), TV, VCR and DVD. On site parking for 2 cars. Please no pets or smoking.

Provincetown offers special events each month of the year, they are listed on the Chamber of  Commerce site. We are 1 mile from Herring Cove and Race Point Beach - and Cape Cod National Sea Shore. Other activities include: Sand Dune tours, art tours, Provincetown's trolley tour, Whale watching, boat rentals, bicycle rentals, museums, theatres, galleries,
classes in nature, science and the arts, and so many restaurants and shops! You will shop until you drop!

June rates are $1200 - 1400 per week. July $1500 and August $1600.
September $1400 - $1000. Daily rates available (not during July and August) with a 3 night minimum stay or 4 night minimum stay for holiday weekends.
