Vacation Rental Description

Unit A Living room, Dining room with 6 chairs, complete Kitchen, 
fireplace, front  and rear porches, Grille,  Hair Dryer, Queen Bed 
with Jaccuzzi tub and separate shower, Ironing board and 
Iron.

Unit B Bedroom with two Queen beds, two dressers, one rocker, small 
table with two chairs, coffee maker, small refrig and microwave, TV, 
Bath with tub and shower, Hair Dryer.

Unit C Bedroom with one King bed, Dresser, two rockers,table with 
two chairs,Coffee maker, small refrig and microwave, TV, bath with 
tub and shower, Hair Dryer, Ironing board and Iron, Mountain view.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Championship golf course, swimming pool, tennis courts.

Each unit gets two golf  green fees per day included.  Cart rental 
is $20 per person.  If you are a golfer, you will love this 
beautiful  and challenging course

Activities and Attractions

You may sit in your rocking chair and view Mount Yonah and enjoy the 
warm morning sun or the evening shade. Occasionally wild 
turkeys,deer or a fox may pass by.

Kiddie amusement park, miniature golf, tubing on the Chattahoochee 
river, many waterfalls within a short drive, Functions at the Helen 
Festhall, shops in town, horse and buggy tours, Unicoi state park 
out back gate of property.

Vacation Rental Rates

Unit A $89 per day weekdays.  $120 per night weekends
Unit B $69 per day weekdays.  $99  per night weekends
Unit C $69 Per day weekdays.  $99  per night weekends
Whole house $169 Per day weekdays. $199 per day weekends
Show a Military ID and get 10% off.
Members of the Enlisted Association of the National Guard receive an 
additional 5%discount. No smoking, No pets
