of Mexico.  Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the front balconies on 
the living area or bedroom area.  Fourth floor living area also has 
balcony in rear overlooking the canal.  Private elevator opens on 
each of the four floors. Private boat lift in rear of unit with 
covered parking underneath unit.  Wet bar in living area.

Scallop Season begins July 1 and runs through September 10. The best 
scalloping area in the Gulf.
