Oceanfront Condo in Gated Community in Bethany Beach

Oceanfront condo with fantastic beach views from both the living
room and master bedroom on the 6th floor of The Georgetowne House. The living room
wall facing the ocean is all glass. Both a outdoor pool and the beach are within a few feet of stepping out of the building. The unit has four tvs (HD Flat screens in living room & MB), 2 DVDs, VCR, play station 1, stero and each of the sleeping areas has clock radios and ceiling fans. Wireless internet access is in our unit. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, ice maker, blender, dishwasher and glasses and dishes for 16. Well stocked with pots and pans as well as having both a washer and dryer in the unit and ceiling fans in four of the rooms including all of the bedrooms. We are an end unit which means we are a few hundred square feet larger than other ocean front condos at Sea Colony and there aren't any walkways outside the bedroom windows; which gives
you more privacy. The Master Bedroom is a queen, the 2nd bedroom is two twins and third bedroom is a queen sleep sofa.

Sea Colony is one of the top Tennis Resorts according to Tennis
Magazine. It has 34 tennis courts. 12 are Har-Tru and 4 courts are
indoor. There are 12 pools, two indoor. 2 Fitness Centers are available with jacuzzies, saunas, indoor basketball, and weight rooms. Both the pools and the beach have lifeguards. The 1/2 mile long beach is private. Bike and walking paths run through out the community and there is also transportation around the community via free tram service. Both a snack and convience stores are available without having to leave the property.

The beach, tennis, swimming, hot tubs, saunas, weight rooms,
exercise workouts, instructor lead aerobics and water aerobics as
well as tennis camps/drills are located in Sea Colony. There are
bonfires on the beach weekly and Kiddy Camp activites for younger
children, and Friday Night Pizza Dinner and a movie babysitting for
the kids. There are numerous golf courses in the area with two
within a 10 minute drive. Beauty palors, day spas,massages, deep
sea fishing and amusement parks, family and fine dining, minature
golf and tax free shopping abound in the area. The Bethany Beach
boardwalk and music bandstand are less than a mile walk.

Rental rate varies by week from $1,500 to $2,600 depending on the
week during the summer season.  The rental rate includes the cleaning fee, the only additional fee is the rec fee which is paid directly to Sea Colony. 

September through May, a nightly rate of $200.00 to $250.00 per
night is available.
