Vacation Rental Description

Trilogy at Power Ranch.  This gorgeous, brand new, 5 room, 1600 sq 
ft home is professionally furnished and decorated featuring a split 
floor plan with large kitchen and great room.  Cherry cabinets, GE 
Profile appliances and granite counters add to the upscale decor.  
The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare gourmet meals with all the 
cooking, baking and serving needs.  China and service for 12 will 
allow you to entertain or enjoy a quiet meal at home.

The great room boasts a 47-inch wide-screen television.  Enjoy the 
cozy gas fireplace while watching digital HD cable or a favorite 
movie on the DVD player (Blockbuster nearby).  The master suite 
features a 32-inch flat panel television that swivels out from the 
wall for your enjoyment, large master bath with his/hers raised 
sinks, lighted vanity mirror and generous walk-in closet.  Luxurious appointments will make 
you feel like a king and queen.  Relax in the study reading a good 
book or email your friends using the high speed Internet access.  
Enjoy eating and relaxing on the covered patio with gas barbeque and 
desert landscape views on those beautifully warm Arizona days.

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season: 	January through March				$2500 per month
Mid-Season:	October through December, April and May		$2200 per month
Value Season:	June through September				$1800 per month

Earnest Deposit: 50% of monthly rental fee due at signing of contract, non-refundable.  Remaining 
50% due 30 days prior to rental start, non-refundable.  
Security Deposit: one month of rental fee due at rental start, refundable based on conditions.
Cleaning Deposit:  $250 due at rental start, refundable based on conditions.
Credit Check Fee:  $35 non-refundable, due at contract signing.

No pets, no smoking please, rates are subject to change until confirmed. We recommend purchasing 
Trip Cancellation Insurance for your protection in case you need to cancel in within the 30-day 
period before you vacation starts.
