Peak Season: January through March $2500 per month
Mid-Season: October through December, April and May $2200 per month
Value Season: June through September $1800 per month

The earnest deposit is a total of $1000.  You would provide $500 with the rental contract, which is non-refundable.  The remaining $500 would be due 60 days prior to rental start and it is also non-refundable.  All earnest money is applied to the first month of rent.
Security Deposit of $1000, which is fully refundable based on conditions, will be due at the rental start.  A cleaning deposit of $250, which is also fully refundable based on conditions, will be due at rental start too.
Credit Check Fee: $25 per person, non-refundable, due at contract signing.
No pets, no smoking please, rates are subject to change until confirmed. We recommend purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance for your protection in case you need to cancel.
