Peak Season: January through March $2600 per month
Mid-Season: October through December, April and May $2300 per month
Value Season: June through September $1800 per month

The earnest deposit is a total of $1000.  You would provide $500 with the rental contract, which is non-refundable.  The remaining $500 would be due 60 days prior to rental start and it is also non-refundable. 

A Security Deposit of $1000, which is fully refundable based on conditions, will be due at the rental start.  Your earnest deposit will be used as your security deposit.

A cleaning deposit of $250, which is also fully refundable based on conditions, will be due at rental start also.

Credit Check Fee: $35 for US citizens ($75 for Canadian citizens), non-refundable, due at contract initiation.
