Vacation Rental Description

Relax and enjoy this incredible condo overlooking Ledgestone golf 
course at Stonebridge Resort. Vaulted ceilings and a spacious living 
area is great for couples or families wanting a home away from home! 

Unlike other rentals at Stonebridge, this condo has spectacular 
views of the Ozark Mountains and rests high above the 12th green of 
the golf course. Our balcony is the perfect place to relax after a 
day of recreation, shows or visiting amusement parks. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and master bath with 
jacuzzi tub. There is also a door to the balcony from the master 
bedroom.

The second bedroom features a queen sized bed, and the living room 
has a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Each room has a TV with cable. All 
linens are provided, however guests are encouraged to bring their 
own beach towels for visiting the pool or other aquatic activities.

The kitchen is appointed with everything you need to brew coffee, 
prepare meals and even make cookies! Clean up is a snap with our 
dishwasher. 

This condo also has its own laundry room just off the kitchen, so 
you can pack as heavy or as light as you wish. This condo is air 
conditioned and has two cozy electric fireplaces if you want to 
snuggle up during the colder months. This unit has been a favorite 
of many for years, and we have had many repeat visitors.

Activities and Attractions

Stonebridge is loaded with things to do. As Branson's only private, gated 
golf community, you receive golf priveleges just by renting with us. 
The property also boasts three swimming pools, tennis courts, indoor 
and outdoor dining, nature paths, bike trails, three playgrounds and a 
quiet, safe environment for the entire family.

You have convenient access to Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake, the Branson Belle and 
Celebration City. You can avoid the hustle and bustle of the strip, but access shows with just a 
short drive. It truly is the best location to stay when visiting Branson.

Vacation Rental Rates

Spring and Peak Season (April 15 - November 30)
$125/night (2 night minimum required)
$650/week 

Winter rates (Dec. 1 - April 14)
$105/night (2 night minimum required)
$500/week

Each reservation also requires a $75 cleaning fee.

Long-term rental rates are available - please email us for details. 

All fees are due at least two weeks prior to your arrival. At this
time, no credit cards accepted - only check or money order.
