Vacation Rental Description

Home Of The Dolphins (Casa De Los Delfines) is situated directly on 
the ocean overlooking the Malecon in downtown Puerto Vallarta. Located 
just 2 blocks from the main plaza, it is within walking distance to 
virtually every shop, restaurant and attraction that Puerto Vallarta 
has to offer.  
 
The Dolphins Delight in swimming directly in front of my terraza every 
day (hence the name "Home of the Dolphins"). The view from the terraza 
is fabulous - to the south you can see all the way down the coast to 
Cabo Corrientes, and to the north you can see the northernmost point 
of Banderas Bay, Punta Mita. Early every morning you can watch the  
local oyster divers collecting their day's catch on the reef that lies 
in the crystal blue waters in front of my home. The abundance of sea 
life in Banderas Bay also provides great snorkeling and swimming in 
this area.  
 
The Main Terrace is the perfect place to spend mornings drinking 
coffee while watching the oyster divers work, while overhead the 
seabirds hunt for their morning meal. In the evenings, the splashing 
of the koi carp in my colorful waterfall fountain will add to your  
delight as you enjoy Puerto Vallarta's truly amazing sunsets while 
sitting around the handmade dining table on the covered balcony with 
its 180 degree view of the bay. From here you can also see the Spanish 
galleon "Marigalante", which passes about 500 feet away from the 
balcony and puts on a fantastic fireworks display almost every night.  
 
Home Of The Dolphins is perfect for parties of up to 4 people, and is 
completely air-conditioned. Both bedrooms have incredible ocean views 
and cable TV/DVDs. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the 
second bedroom has a queen size bed. Both bedrooms have private 
luxurious baths, which are custom designed in handcrafted marble.  
 
For those of you who like to bring your laptop we also have  
High Speed Internet DSL and Free Long Distance calling. 
 
The Swimming Pool is located on the roof of the building, just one 
floor above the condo. The water is always warm and the view from the 
pool is unforgettable. This condominium building has the only 
underground parking in the city center, so parking is secure and the 
building has 24 hour security personnel to serve you.  
 
WE ALSO HAVE ONE of the best restaurants in all of Puerto Vallarta located on the ground  
floor of our building facing the beach on the new Malecon. Its name is VITEA, and you will  
be delighted when you have your lunch or dinner there. It is truly a 4 star restaurant and  
believe me, their Margaritas are the BEST in town! 
 
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO is bring your smile and a swimsuit to have a great 
time!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Each Bedroom has its own separate bathroom. The bathrooms are all 
hand-crafted in marble. Hand-hewn granite countertops accent the 
custom designed kitchen, which is complete and has all the amenities 
to make preparation of meals a delight. Microwave, blender, coffee 
maker are all there, and various spices are always on hand. The 
swimming pool is located on the roof of the building, just one floor 
above me,and the water is always warm and the view is unforgettable. 
Parking is secured under the building, as my condo has the only 
underground parking in the city center, and the building has 24 hour  
security personnel to serve you.

Activities and Attractions

*Things To Do* 
 
Virtually every water sport is available for you here in Puerto Vallarta. Golf is a major attraction  
here with several world-class courses. You can swim with the dolphins. There are numerous fabulous  
nightclubs and discos that are open until 4 in the morning, so you can dance the night away every  
night and never go to the same place twice. 
 
El Malecon is one  of the biggest attractions there and my condo is located right on it.  
 
Los Muertos beach starts just one block south of my condo.  
 
The biggest flea market (mercado de artesanías) is one block away.  
 
They have art walks where you walk to the different art galleries, that is all in the center of town  
where my condo is located.  
 
The best restaurants are all within walking distance from my condo and the very best restaurant  
“Vitea” is located right in our building on the ground floor.  
 
The Marigalante pirate ship dinner cruise sails right in front of my condo every night and does a  
fireworks display.  
 
They have jungle tours by car and horseback.  
 
The canopy tours in the jungle are very popular.  
 
You can visit the movie sets where they filmed “Night Of The Iguana” and Terminator”.  
 
The list goes on and on. I think you will see that there is plenty to keep you busy and interested  
all of the  time you will be there. I have lived there for 5 years and still have not seen it all.
