bedrooms two-story property with three master suites, 2 king beds, 2
Queen Beds, 4 Twin Beds, 1 Sofa Bed and two car garage. Extra game
room is designed for kids. In house pool table is great for those
who
need a break at home. At least 3 families or 10-14 people are
allowed.
Our home was custom decorated by the owners. Furnished to a high
standard, it features six bedrooms with double master suites. All
bedrooms have linen, towels, hangers, and blankets. You can find
extra linen, blankets, and towels in the hallway closet. Laundry
facilities (a washer & separate dryer) can be found in the utility
area at the back of the garage.

Our villa is perfectly situated for all the theme parks and other
major attractions within Central Florida. Disney World, Universal
Studios, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, International Drive and
many other attractions too numerous to mention within the Orlando
area are all only a short drive away. There are also many shopping
opportunities within easy reach with a number of large shopping
malls
and designer outlet stores in the vicinity.
The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the
perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg. This
side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending
the latest rides with a variety of wild animals.
To the east it is an easy journey to destinations such as Daytona
Beach and the Kennedy Space Center.

1. Security Deposit: $300.00 deposit must be sent within 2 days of
making your reservation. The remaining balance owed on your
reservation must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival made by US
check (as long as departure is no less than 30 days), by wire
transfer.
2. The following cancellation Charges will apply to all rentals
cancelled: Over 90 days prior to check-in: $20 processing fee. 60 to
90 days prior to check-in: deposit retained as credit towards rental
within one year. 30 to 60 days prior to check-in: 50% of rental.
Within 30 days of check-in: 100% of rental.
3. Check in/Check out: Check-in no sooner than 4pm and check-out no
later than 11am.
4. The client is responsible for the property and is expected to
take reasonable care of it. All damages and breakages are the legal
responsibilities of the client. Any maintenance or repair of the
premises, equipment, amenities or fixtures required due to misuse
will be charged to the client. A security deposit will be refunded
following a satisfactory report from the property manager.
