Large 4-6 bedroom house sleeps 12-15; some winter weekends still available as well...  Arrowhead Lake is within 20-30 minutes to Jack Frost, Big Boulder, and Camelback Ski Areas as well as Mount Airy Casino, The Crossings shopping outlets, indoor shopping malls and indoor waterparks.  There is also a free sledding hill for the kids (and the adults!) right around the corner. 

Home features four private bedrooms, office set up as 5th bedroom, and the large loft is set up as a 6th bedroom overlooking the main living area and fireplace.  Living room sleeps two in the full size sofabed.  The home has two full baths, one with a jacuzzi/whirlpool bathtub. (There is no hot tub at this time)

Living room has cathedral ceilings with exposed beams and a brick fireplace.  Buy firewood at most local stores. Charcoal grill outside on the large wrap-around deck with french doors to kitchen.  Deer approach the house daily as the home adjoins forested area, and woodpeckers and turkeys are frequent visitors. Home has full size refrigerator, full size stove, microwave, coffeemaker, washer and dryer, toaster, blender, CD/radio, 2 TV's, VCR, DVD player, as well as a collection of 50+ videos for your enjoyment.

Home sleeps 12 comfortably, but 15 are allowed. Bed sizes are: one Queen bed, two Full beds, one Full sleeper sofa, and 5 Twin beds. Bring your own sheets, towels, toiletries, charcoal, firewood, etc.  Linens provided upon request, may require 7 days notice and there is a $5 per bed laundering fee. Available pack 'n play includes playpen with bassinet and changing table attachment and high chair available as well; let us know in advance if you will need baby items in the home. Also, for a small fee you can leave the shopping to us and we will set the home up for Valentine's Day, an Anniversary, Birthday (including helium balloons) or other special occasion...

Wooded location for privacy; last house on cul-de-sac. Road ends at the retired ski slope which is now used as a complimentary sledding hill all winter. Walk the trail or around the block to Arrowhead's Clubhouse for activitites for adults and kids year round. Hike to the top of the retired ski slope and enjoy the mountain air. If you haven't booked your summer vacation yet, Memorial Day Weekend starts the summer season: three outdoor pools and four beaches are open and staffed with lifeguards 11am-7pm; rowboat and paddle boat rentals, bicycle rentals, tennis courts, volleyball, bocce ball and shuffleboard courts at the Island. Home is approximately a half-mile walk or drive to the beach. Eight playgrounds and two basketball courts are open year round. Ice skating, ice fishing, and sledding permitted at your own risk.  Fishing on two large stocked lakes (must have fishing license.) Several picnic areas with picnic tables and charcoal grills throughout the community. Community is gated and has its own security staff. Mink and Loons can be spotted during early morning hours and White-tailed deer and Turkeys are frequently encountered while driving the wooded roads.

Cleaning fee: $75 (plus additional charge if sheets are requested)
Security Deposit: $300 (fully refundable upon inspection.) $100 charge for pets not registered in advance. There is also a charge of $25 per vehicle for access to the gated community; when you arrive you will get gate passes from the Arrowhead Lakes Welcome Center to be used for the duration of your stay. In the summer only: all renters the age of seven (7)+ are required to pay for wristbands as follows depending on the length of your stay: Daily Wristbands are $7.50 per person; Weekly $25.00 per person; One Month for $60.00 per person; Two-Month $75.00 per person; Three-Month $90.00 per person; see Amenities section below for extensive list of amenities available to you.
