Southern Hospitality.  Private villas since 1986. Waterfront 
property with private beach.  Villas high on a bluff with a 
spectacular, commanding view of Mobile Bay and the prettiest, most 
incredible over the water sunsets you will ever see. No traffic, as 
N. Mobile St. is a dead end street on both ends.
Situated in a quiet, private neighborhood with million dollar homes, 
tall trees, green grass, sunshine, bay breezes and fresh air.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Balconies, porches, gazebo, swings, fountain, brick courtyard, 
charcoal grill, private entrances to each villa, private baths, 
washer/dryer in each unit, dishwasher in each unit, kitchen, dining 
area and living room each unit.  Local phone, satellite TV, 
individual thermostat controled central air/heat.  Private off-
street parking. Wireless internet outside and inside but not 
guaranteed in every nook and cranny.
Private sandy beach on Mobile Bay.  Outdoor shower.

Activities and Attractions

Sunsets, bird watching, relaxing, long walks on the beach, swimming, 
fishing, crabbing, floundering, sailing, kayaking, boating, 
grilling, cooking, nature photography, many picturesque spots for 
group and family photos, flat yard for sports, horseshoes and 
vollyball. 
One block or two from marinas, coffee shop, barbeque/seafood shacks 
and the Mobile/Eastern Shore bicycle/walking trail.
Half a mile walk to nearby downtown: Shopping for clothes, shoes, 
handbags, jewelery, gifts, antiques, art, books, coffee, chocolates, 
wine & cheese, deli, toys, fly fishing gear, community theatre, 
concerts and Mardi Gras in the wintertime. 
Great local restaurants: seafood, steak, barbeque, pizza, deli, 
southern country, American casual, Italian, Mexican, Greek, Chinese 
and Japanese.
Well appointed Indoor/Outdoor municipal pool open to the public.  
Municipal pier, duck pond and parks nearby. Golf on local golf 
courses.
Art museum and downtown art walk first friday of every month.

One Bedroom - One Bath:  $155.00 per night  ($167.40 with 8% tax) 
                        $1085.00 per week  ($1171.80 with 8% tax)
Multiply day rate for multiple days.

Two Bedroom - Two Bath:  $175.00 per night  ($189.00 with 8% tax) 
                        $1225.00 per week  ($1323.00 with 8% tax)
Multiply weekly rate for multiple weeks.

$50.00 cleaning fee before check-in & $50.00 each additional week
